 At A&A Masonry, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information about our customers, protecting their personal information is one of our highest priorities.   • view photos, plans or sketches submitted by you in order to under the scope of a job
  • administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us
  • anticipate and resolve problems with any products or services supplied to you
As part of the products or services offered to you through our Website, the information you provided to us will not be transferred to countries outside of Canada. However, except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so (for example, if required to do so by legal process or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime) or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users/customers etc. In the event our company, or part thereof, is acquired by another company, that company may use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

Personal Information – means information about an identifiable individual. Personal information does not include contact information (described below). Contact information – means information that would enable an individual to be contacted at a place of business and includes name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number. Contact information is not covered by this policy. Privacy Officer – means the individual designated responsibility for ensuring that A&A Masonry complies with this policy.
